  • Brochure Request Data: Name, email address, and telephone number when you request a project brochure download;

5. Disclosure of Your Information

  • Licensed Real Estate Brokers: When you submit a property inquiry, your name, email, telephone number, and inquiry details are shared with RERA-registered brokers who are independently responsible for their handling of your data;
  • Property Developers: Where necessary to facilitate a direct inquiry about a specific development project;
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who provide hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), analytics (Google Analytics), email delivery, and other operational services on our behalf, under contractual obligations to protect your data;
  • Legal and Regulatory Authorities: Where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
